ATA SGSPRO Return Policy


At ATA SGSPRO, we’re committed to delivering high-performance tooling solutions that meet your toughest machining challenges. Our technical support team is available to assist with tool selection and application questions, including speeds and feeds guidance.

If you need to return a product, please contact the distributor who fulfilled your original order. All returns must follow the guidelines below:

  • All returns require prior approval and a valid Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#).
  • Standard, unused stock tools may be returned within one year of the invoice date, provided the quantity does not exceed our forecasted annual inventory usage.*
    *Orders containing quantities above forecasted usage levels are not eligible for return.
  • Returns requested more than 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • All returned items will be inspected to ensure they are unused and undamaged before any credit is issued.
  • Custom or made-to-order tools are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled.
  • Claims for damaged goods, shortages, or order errors must be submitted within 10 days of receipt to qualify for return or replacement.
